Michael here is the best! Super customer service oriented and actually cares about what he is doing! It was so refreshing to deal with him and I will definitely come back here just because of his attitude! I cannot remember the last time I’ve had service like this. Way to go Michael!
It had been a while since I'd been to this location (Clayton) but I was not disappointed. I will say that the last time I was here, which was a couple years ago, it wasn't a good experience. The service is always fine but the food wasn't great like I know it should be. I gave it another shot today and it was really, really good.

It’s been a very long time since I’ve experienced this level of service at a fast food restaurant. It seems like most chains now don’t care about their customer. This was my very first time ever visiting a Char Grill and Michael at the Clayton, NC location was amazing. I am so happy to have found this restaurant. Excellent food quality.
