It’s been a very long time since I’ve experienced this level of service at a fast food restaurant. It seems like most chains now don’t care about their customer. This was my very first time ever visiting a Char Grill and Michael at the Clayton, NC location was amazing. I am so happy to have found this restaurant. Excellent food quality. Michael here is the best! Super customer service oriented and actually cares about what he is doing! It was so refreshing to deal with him and I will definitely come back here just because of his attitude! I cannot remember the last time I’ve had service like this. Way to go Michael!

It had been a while since I'd been to this location (Clayton) but I was not disappointed. I will say that the last time I was here, which was a couple years ago, it wasn't a good experience. The service is always fine but the food wasn't great like I know it should be. I gave it another shot today and it was really, really good.

Me and my grandma had a great experiance at char grill today and the Employee he had a smile on his face he was super happy and he was a super great employee i recommend to go ti the char grill in clayton nc

An iconic local burger joint since as long as there has been a moon. Consistent quality and taste and a favorite local restaurant. They still wear the original paper hats like back in the early days.You can smell the smoke from the grill before you pull in the parking lot!
