Staff is friendly. My reasoning for the low stars is because they are VERY inconsistent. I put it to the test this week, ordered the same thing 5 days in a row, not once did I get the same drink, multiple times they forgot to add what was on the tag. They are also on the slower side taking upto 15 minutes to make a drink at 6am when not many people are going.
For the cost of their products its horrible that you cant get the same thing twice.

I come to this location quite a bit and the food / drinks are usually good. I just don’t like that they ask for tips at the drive thru. I paid with a giftcard and they charged a tip thru the gift card. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
Always good services give those guys a bonus.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has quick service and hot coffee after the morning rush, with a nice patio. However, the drive-through can be slow and poorly designed, with lines going onto the street. Coffee is great and the cake pop is good. The caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with extra caramel crunch is always made well. Some orders sit on the counter while the status bar says "still making." Employees like Imani and Carolena are always nice, kind, and friendly, with excellent service and a smile. The drinks are delicious.
