I was here today at the morning and I get a cinnamon coffee and the coffee have no cinnamon on it because the flavor was so bitter that was disgusting and they don’t ask for my order name and I was waiting for long time absolutely I never come back of that Starbucks.

This is my favorite Starbucks location! They're always quick with their hand crafted drinks and food. Every single employee I've ever interacted with has always been tentative and kind towards me.

I have been to this Starbucks twice in the past week, the first time they were out of oat milk, the second time they were out of brown sugar. One would think the manager would know how to order based on the customers & orders that come thru. I go to multiple Starbucks locations around NC do to travel for work and this is by far the worst I have encountered.
placed a mobile order, the drink they gave me was missing $1.25 cold foam which was very obvious just by looking at the drink, the employee tried to tell me it actually was there? i'm sorry but your lame excuses are not gonna work on me when i'm also a starbucks employee at a different location.
