“The atmosphere was soothing and relaxing for our lunch. The oil and herbs dipping sauce and crusty bread was an excellent start. We were there for lunch and I received the chicken marsala. Tender seasoned chicken with the flavorful sauce and perfectly cooked pasta was the bomb. Using the crusty bread to get every drop of sauce put me in my happy place. I could have eaten a whole plate of those mushrooms by themselves. One of my guests got a chicken parm sandwich/sub which was toasty and tasty. They loved how flavorful the sauce was. My other guest got the Italian sandwich/sub. It came as ordered without the vinaigrette or tomatoes. She enjoyed it very much. The ingredients looked so fresh and enticing. Staff and owner were very professional and made you feel like home. An after lunch cappuccino made for the perfect ending.“

Matt and his team provided turkey & provolone pinwheels, chocolate-covered strawberries, and cream puffs — everything was delicious and such a hit with our guests! As always, Matt handled the order professionally and on time, making the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Saks Deli not only for catering special occasions but also anytime you’re looking for a great meal in Clayton off Hwy 70.“

“Moved to Clayton almost 2 years ago. Have been by Primo Pizza many times and said we gotta try it. Finally did today. Asked for a plain cheese pizza, partially cooked cuz it was earlyish and we were gonna finish cooking at home. The gentleman making the pizza cooked it exactly as asked, showing us before we took it. Being from the NY area, and my husband being Italian, we are very picky about our pizza. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Highly recommend - you will NOT be disappointed 🥰“

“Convenient location. Food is yummy but could be a little less $. Unfortunately they recently switched from Coke products to Pepsi products. I wish they would switch back. Keep the tables cleaner. To go can get busy so be patient with them. One of the employees who has brought our food to the table the last few times we have been smells too strong of a perfume that does not smell good at all. I can smell her when she just walks by the table too which is annoying as I wish to smell yummy pizza, wings, and other foods.“

“I went in tonight to place my order face to face because the last few phone orders were not as expected. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak fresh toasted bun with ONLY cheese, onions and light green peppers and we ran through it twice only for me to get home and I look and plenty of mayonnaise up and down the the top.. (HATE IT) the bread I could barely bite making it chewy (OLD) . I give up , the convenience of the location, and cost for me isn’t worth me NOT being satisfied in the end. They were perfect for me at one time but all good things come to an end.“

“Staff is great and friendly. Location is clean. I have gotten take out here many times and every time the food was great. I have gotten subs, wings and today the deluxe pizza which is fantastic. The steak sub was very tasty and the deluxe pizza had a generous amount of items. I have had Marcos pizza a few times and it was ok but I much prefer Bella Roma. The crust is like traditional Italian crush and the sauce was very very good. Marcos sauce I found to have a bitter after taste and didn't agree with my belly. This location on New Hope is some of the best pizza in the general area. I highly suggest eating here or for take out.“

“Accidentally ordered a spicy pizza on the web. Upon arrival to pick up I noticed that it was the spicy pepperoni rather than the regular pepperoni. I explained that there is a two year old in the house and the kind manager (Z) and jakiara was able to recook another less spicy pepperoni pizza for us to take home.“
