“La Grassa was a very pleasant surprise during my first visit. It won’t be my last! The food was SO delicious! We tried the rigatoni, risotto and fish dinner. All the flavors were excellent! And the fococcia bread was a perfect compliment to the rest of the meal. The atmosphere is lovely and the service was wonderful. We will be back soon!“

“Dinner tonight was fabulous. We were a party of four and we all had different appetizers and entrées. Each plate was cooked and presented perfectly. Prices are reasonable and portions are very generous. If you go home hungry, it's your fault. Staff is friendly. Pasquale is awesome. Be sure to have dessert. We will be back soon. I first dined here in college when I was looking for some eggplant parmesan - since that day 20 years later it’s still my favorite Italian restaurant in Raleigh! Btw their eggplant parmesan uses in house ROASTED eggplant not fried and I cannot explain how delicious it is. I’ve likely tried everything on the menu by this point and not once have I been disappointed.“

The Pinot I tried was excellent and did I mention the tiramisu, It’s rich and large enough for 3 people to share. “it was ,by far, one of the best restaurants for authentic Italian food that I for one grew up eating in New York. we came for dinner on 8/29/2024 to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. it looks like the restaurant has changed hands, as all of the staff with the exception of one of server has been replaced. and, the quality of the food has gone down quite a lot. there's no where near the consistency and portions, yet they have new menus with higher prices. we sure won't be going back. this is a shame, as we've been going there for quite a long time.“

“This is a beautiful restaurant and I have had several delicious meals there. Today I went with a friend and ordered my favorite 4 cheese ravioli. The raviolis were overcooked to the point they were browned on top and parts of the pasta tough. As we were on a tight schedule I did not send the meal back. I was given a dish of extra sauce so I believe they knew the dish wasn’t up to par. The service, as always, was impeccable. I will go back but, after several great hits, today was a miss.“

“I’d give the Olive Garden in Brier Creek 4 stars—and it was very close to being a 5-star experience!
My last visit to Olive Garden was at the Southern Pines location, and after that experience, I will not visit that location again.

We had never been to this location in Brier Creek, and decided to give it a try, and I’m glad we did.

Our waitress, Jada, did a great job. She was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. The food was also very good—everything came out at the perfect temperature and was well prepared.

The main thing that kept this from being a 5-star review was the menu. There was dry food stuck all over the menu, which was really yucky and took away from the overall experience. That’s something that definitely needs attention.

Other than that, the restaurant was clean, and I really liked the seating arrangement. Overall, this was a much better experience than my previous visit to Olive Garden in Southern Pined, and I would definitely consider coming back to this location.“

“I just wanted to say my husband and I were in last night at the Holly springs location after the dinner rush. He had the special and I had the baked ziti bolognese which both were fantastic! The service was excellent! The waitress was wonderful!!! She was the sweetest. I wish I got her name but I do know she’s from Naples and we talked a bit. “Nice menu, staff, and atmosphere but our last few takeout pizzas have been inconsistent which is a shame as that happened to us at our last regular pizza place (Shianos). When it's $21 for a large cheese there's gotta be better quality control. That being said, it's a good tasting pizza when it is well made.“
