“The Lasagna Bolognese was perfectly prepared - served hot, browned mozzarella cheese and meaty. Truly comfort food on a cool night. Our server, Arden, elevated our dining experience. Not only was she an efficient, excellent server but also an extremely personable, friendly, approachable person. Thanks Arden!! I’m not in Chapel Hill often, but when I am, I’ll definitely dine at 411 West again.“

“Stopped here for lunch, on a Tuesday around 11:15am. Place opened at 11 so it wasn’t crowded.I ordered a slice of Pepperoni Pizza ? and a canned coke, to go.Guy ringing me up was very pleasant, so I left a small tip in the tip jar. Went back to my car then parked to eat.That was one of the best Pizza slices I’ve had! The crust was excellent, the right amount of sauce, the cheese was so gooey and the pepperoni was perfectly seasoned. I did add some hot pepper flakes and some Parmesan cheese but it was so good! The picture is deceiving.And it was only $5 something!Will definitely order a large pizza next time I crave some pizza to take home.“Pizza davvero deliziosa!”“

“I love the vegetable pizza! The staff is always friendly and I placed an order for pick up. I always get the vegetable pizza. Alfredo’s has been there for 23 years and is easy to find In University Mall. There is also a coupon in the Go Play Save if you want to save some money. Grazie!“

“I love this place. They actually do pizza by the slice and u don't need to sit there with a waiter/wastress just to get pizza. I'm from Long Island, the king of pizza, and think place couldn't hold it's ground there, but they are AMAZING for NC pizza. Also, it like 5 min from my house so that helps“

“I found hair in my order and they were only willing to give a refund for what the hair was in... I mean why would I want to eat anything else from there when my appetite is ruin... Smh.. I will not be making it back there... Please have your staff wear hair nets. Thank you...“

“Our experience with their dishes has always been good as it was again last night (manicotti and lasagne). It was pleasant eating outside as part of the dine-in option. And the service was excellent, as always. Oh, and don't forget the desserts. This time we had the limoncello cake.“
