“My first time here since Bombolo started. I came on Sunday night with a burger in mind but they did not do a burger last night. Bartender suggested that I try either the pork belly or rolled chicken. I chose the chicken and just loved it. Ended with raspberry bundt cake - also delicious! Bar was fun! “We had the chefs tasting menu. It was phenomenal over all. However, there were two stand outs. They were the crispy sea scallop and the iberica pork. The scallop was very tender yet had deliciously crispy edges. The pork was incredible. I'm not sure if I would have identified as pork if I hadn't known what it was. Tender, yet meaty, it was truly a delight.“
“Excellent cocktail bar and den of spirits here in Chaple Hil NC. The Bartenders are knowledgeable about craft and spirits. The experience was solid. I had the Painkiller and it's good. Very solid and tasty I wouldn't say it's the best Painkiller I've ever had but I also couldn't say it wasn't the best. I'm not sure I'm sold on the vibe here. I think the music was very lacking in connectivity as far as inspiring a clientele. However I dig the jazzy vibe so it's hard to doc for that. I think ky experience is marred by how much this particular concept was hyped up to me. But all in all I def would say this is a whiskey lovers paradise and if your in town for a night or two this place 100% has your bourbon/whiskey/cocktail fix and that's an Ocean guarantee ?. “This was my first experience at bartaco. The food, service and atmosphere were all delightful!! Barbara at the bar was friendly and informative! Prices are decent. I brought some home to share and after a 45 minute drive back to Fuquay-Varina, the food was still delicious even reheated!!! I will definitely return to this spot after every Aveda class I attend “
“This is a go-to place for my wife and I on date night. It's small and intimate, and has a great cocktail menu. My wife likes the Bee's Knees. I usually go for a beer or two from their carefully curated draft list. They've got a nice outdoor space, and you can order food that is delivered to you from The Pig, which is amazing! We recommend a plate of BBQ Nachos. There is, maybe, no better bar food in existence.“
“Snooze is a very nice brunch spot in Chapel Hill! Our waitress forgot to put in our order so there was a little bit of a wait time before we got our food. But, everything was delicious!! We got there at 11:30AM and there was no wait list. There was a line out the door when we left closer to 1PM.
