Omg the BEST eggplant parm hero hands down!!! I have always been reluctant to order eggplant at at restaurants bc its always either to thick and chewy, floppy and soggy, or just not what im used to from my childhood. I dont live close to Mezza Luna, but I remember loving their pizza the one time I came, and I liked the owners and the overall vibe so I gave their eggplant a shot, and I was so happy I did!!! The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered everything to go, and even just stopping in to pick up our food, the atmosphere felt so welcoming and inviting. Everything was fresh, flavorful and we definitely enjoyed our meal. We’ll be back!
