“Sushi Suyu is our most FAVORITE sushi place in the triangle area! My boyfriend did not even like sushi prior to coming here and we love it so much that we (embarrassingly) go once a week! Despite being here numerous times, we have never had a poor experience or meal. A few of our favorites are the dumplings, sweet and spicy edamame, the Papa Salmon roll (a must have every time we go), T&T roll (light and refreshing), Road Trip, K Bull, Pisa Hut, and Sassy Girl, but truly every roll is good (we have tried them all)! Always happy to support and boast about Suyu!”
“I enjoyed the food at Myra Cafe. The chicken pad see ew is full of flavor. The portions are also big to keep as leftovers. I did add vegetables to my plate with an additional charge.”
“Mom & Dad's first night out with a newborn!! Thank you Osteria G for making it perfect!! We went on a Saturday night with a reservation of 4 for my birthday, a newborn and a carriage. They were more than accommodating with proper seating. A great atmosphere with good music streaming. Super friendly and informative staff. The owner also came by and introduced himself who made great conversation. The menu was very creative and there wasn't a dish that was bad. We especially liked the meatball wellington and 3 cheese Rotolo. Full of flavor and technically made to perfection. Drink menu was impressive and fantastic espresso martinis. Main Courses were just as delicious! The service was impeccable! They all kept checking in and clearing plates within a timely manner. Each course was timed perfectly. Then there was the final course... dessert! We did the dessert platter with the sparkler. It was quite a hit for the table. Well done, Osteria G! Also great to meet you, Joe!! We'll definitely be back to this hidden gem!! I already told my husband this is our new spot!!”
“Didn't really do a thorough background check on this place before going in. We were at Kwench and was pretty hungry so we said let's try this place. I'm glad we did because it was great and it was empty obviously being a sports bar and we went around 2pm. So we were able to get a nice booty it was very mellow in there and we had some of the best pretzels I have ever had. I believe they cut the pretzels so they have a flat side and then get them in a pan with butter so that flat side gets crispy and mmm delicious. I was upset we only ordered one plate and if they ever have like a half off apps I'm getting at least 4 of those 2 for them and 2 to take home. We also ordered some wraps from them and those were really good as well. We didn't expect to like this place so much but I can for sure see us making a nice trip to apex for some Kwench juice/ shakes and Rudy's for a nice app and wrap/sandwich on a nice day.”
“Despite being sandwiched between a neighborhood and a highway, Southern Peak feels secluded and relaxing--a Brigadoon with beer. The beer selection is excellent without being pretentious, the atmosphere is fun and casual. No restaurant on site, but judging from our one night there, they partner up with outstanding food trucks. They've clearly put a lot of thought into crafting the ambiance, not just the beer.”
“We had a great experience eating at the new restaurant in Apex. Food was great (especially the bacon), service was friendly and the atmosphere was cool. It was a sort of soft opening so they’re working out some kinks. But it was exciting to have a new sit down breakfast place in Apex!”
“We had an amazing dinner Saturday evening. Marissa and Joe were fantastic servers/bartenders. Knowledgeable, informative and friendly. There were 3 of us and we enjoyed appetizers, dinner and a dessert. Everything was incredible. The menu changes daily. We can’t wait to go back!”
“We hired Daniel's to cater a small company Christmas party. The ordering process through Scott was very easy, and the delivery catering option took all stress of food prep off of our employees (thank”
“Our second time here for Sunday brunch. our server Connor was not that knowledgeable of the menu. Our order got messed up and he couldn't have been bother at all. He called over another server and she didn't know anything at all. I asked for a manager and nobody showed up at our table. Very disappointed this time. None of us ate our meal and Connor didn't care.”
“Great selection of beers and good food truck rotation. I try to stop in at least once a week for the NC Burger truck and a beer or 2. Aside from the selection, the staff is very friendly and attentive. This is one of the last stands of places that don't try to make beer a political statement, while keeping beer as a common interest, as it should be. I appreciate the simplicity of this place and how they do all the necessary things correctly. They serve coffee for a period of time and that is also very good. If you want a relaxed social atmosphere with beer, coffee, and/or food possibilities, this is a good one!”
“Great experience at Neat & Sweet! The chocolate coconut espresso martini was fantastic! Cheese board was very generous and delicious. Can't wait to go back!”
“I recently hosted a dinner party and ordered catering from Tandoori Trail. The guests couldn't stop raving about the food! Thank you for making my event memorable.”
“Had a great dinner, food was really good. Despite living close by for 10 years I’d never been here and I’m glad we went. Waiter was awesome with the kiddos, great family night out!”
“We tried Mezcalito this week and it was arguably the best Mexican food I’ve had. Excellent service! The salsa was incredible. The drinks are unique and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!”
“Changing my review a little because the last few times we went we felt very rushed. I understand it's a very busy restaurant but I don't think we should feel like we need to eat quickly and leave. The last time we went, the waitress brought our appetizers with the salad. Then taking my salad before I was done. The main course came quickly after that. I can see this hopping once. It's been the last few times that we felt rushed. Disappointed”
“We went there on a Saturday evening, and the place was PACKED! It was very hard to walk in to put our names down, but the staff remained calm, respectful and friendly... I don't know how they do it! But they took care of everyone on their turn. The menu is full of options, I loved how they put pictures of the rolls, so you know exactly what to expect. We got the colosseum and it was delicious , the sushi rolls were so good too. It's one of the very few places that still do the "bogo" and the quality is excellent. I loved how they were so generous with the fish roe .”
“Overall a good experience dining here. Staff were attentive and the gluten free pizza crust is really good, taste like a regular thin crust pizza. For $1.50 a topping I would've liked to seen better portions on the pizza. They are also have gluten friendly beer. Nice variety of food on the menu including sushi, salads, wraps, burgers, wings, and pasta.”
“After a stressful car buying experience we remembered this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The service was great. The seating was comfortable and the ambiance was standard Italian. I highly recommend the house Chianti! As far as the food goes the calamari could be a little fresher, however it hit the spot for us since we were starving. The veal parmigiana was delicious and tender, just the right portion. My wife enjoyed the rotini. Long story short, if this restaurant was closer to home we would be here regularly.”
“Great friendly service. On time with order and very professional. The thin crust is great for kids and they cut it in squares, my grandkids love it, plain and pepproni”
“Food is delicious, spicy hot with generous portions. Atmosphere was nice, quiet with few other in restaurant patrons on the evenings I have been there, cricket matches and Indian music videos on the television to complete the atmosphere. Would recommend, also looks like they do a brisk takeaway business as well.”
“Really fresh and special rolls are SPECIAL! The best volcano roll I’ve ever tried. Small place, but you’ll be surprised by the quality of their sushi. I never imagined finding such great sushi right next to a gas station. It’s even better than some of the “high-end” sushi places in Northern Virginia where I previously lived. And service is also good. A hidden gem for sure!!”
