“I had just gotten off the airplane from Florida in the early afternoon on Friday the 13th September 2024, with my wife and we were hungry for breakfast. Looked up a nearby place by the name Eggs Up Grill , and we went there due to the great reviews on google and they did not dissappoint. I had the Grand classic and my wife the avocado toast, and we both loved it. Now I was tempted to also have the limited edition pumkin pancakes with all the goodies , but my diabetes was rising just looking at it, so I had to decline, but l knew in my mind , it was going to be delicious as everything else was. Great food, great service , reasonble prices with the down home feel. If you are in the Raleigh NC area, you have to stop by and enjoy the experience.“

“Unusual experience today at first watch. Greeter appeared to be a disinterested customer, approached me and asked “how many” while paying more attention to his phone than to my answer. Wasn’t dressed in the normal uniform and while I answered him I still assumed he was joking around since none of the workers were present. I’m sure my breakfast will be great as usual but someone needs to train him that he is the first impression a customer is going to get and my interaction with him wasn’t great“

“I love Barry's! The firefighter theme is lovely and the food is great. I love to come here with my gluten free friends because the staff are so careful to avoid contamination. Everyone is always so nice too. I highly recommend Barry's.

Dietary restrictions: I've been here several times with a friend of mine who has celiac. There are gluten free versions of everything on the menu and the staff are very careful to ensure that there is no contamination. Red plates are used to distinguish plates with gluten free food. There is a labeled toaster for the gluten free bread and staff always ask if you have celiac when you order a gluten free meal.

Parking: There's always plenty of parking around Barry's.“

“The battle of the two biscuit restaurants that got their start in North Carolina. Bojangles and Biscuitville. Most have more knowledge of Bojangles since it’s a regional chain here in the south. However, Biscuitville is hands down the winner of the two in North Carolina. When I think of home, the freshly made biscuits continuously throughout the day is the best way to enjoy a North Carolina breakfast. You can’t go wrong with any biscuit options they offer.“

“Pleasantly surprised by the is place. The menu looks great, and the atmosphere was good for a breakfast meeting with a colleague. 4 stars because their coffee selection is limited (just regular and decaf), and it’s a little pricey for breakfast.

“Pros: Beautiful, newly updated rooms. Very clean. Comfortable beds, nice location, lots of parking, friendly staff, free fresh water station in the lobby. Courtyard area with pool was gorgeous. Cons: courtyard balcony but no chairs to sit outside, shower diverter didn’t work and sprayed both bath water and overhead sprayer.“

“Stopped by for first time. Was hungry and it was 1:30. Hadn’t had lunch and really needed something tasty. NC Bagel really hit the spot. There wasn’t a lot of selection when I got there, but there was a sun dried tomato bagel that worked perfect for me. I had their salmon chive bagel and it was really delicious. It had smoked salmon, fried egg, and tomato and salmon cream cheese. Not much by way of atmosphere, but the sandwich was really good and it did just what it needed to do. I will stop by again someday earlier in the day.“

“Stopped in for a late breakfast. They were busy, but it was not loud. A relaxing atmosphere to start your day. I got coffee (which I don't usually do) and it was good. I got the breakfast burrito with the pancakes. It was more than enough. It had eggs bacon sausage cheese hashbrowns and hollandaise. The hollandaise was not overpowering. The pancakes were fluffy and the syrup was light. My friend got the meat plate and got the pumpkin pancakes which were flavored well withbthose warm fall spices. He asked for scrambled well. He stated they were well scrambled and not hard just the way they should be. Valerie was excellent with service.“

“We came in after a concert at the PNC arena, at 1 am or so and yet the staff was so lively and kind and attentive. They were absolutely slammed but kept their cool and got the food out in under 10 minutes- shout out to Mercedes for being patient and polite and conversational. Bless y’all and the hash browns were eating the house down.“

“Came July 3,2024! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST ran Waffle House in the state! We had a waitress in training but we're also greeted by her trainer. Every one stayed busy constantly working or cleaning. The cooks were GREAT, even the other waitress walked past and saw that I needed coffee and poured me some fresh. These co workers are completely in sink and it showed. Made the whole experience wonderful. So to ALL of the employees present on July 3, 2024 at 11: 30a.m. yall are THE DREAM TEAM!!“

“This morning I did a catered breakfast for our guests from Germany and decided to try this place out.
We tried the eggs with spinach and mushroom scramble, grits, french toast, gravy & biscuits, and breakfast potatoes. The food arrived at the perfect time and was piping hot. It sure does not taste like unseasoned catering food--it's totally beyond delicious!!
From a budgetary standpoint, I feel like we received the perfect amount of food for what we paid. I will absolutely be placing orders from here in the future!

I do wish they used 1/2 pans instead of 1/3 pans so we could fit them in regular chafing dishes but that is literally the only complaint.

And they are on EZ Cater which is so fabulous!!“
