“My first time going to this restaurant. My food was alright. Plate had been sitting to be served so the food was warm. Coffee was a bit strong. Waitress was very nice. They don't want to hear about something wrong with your meal. The manager never came around to ask how was you meal like other restaurants. It was an experience but I won't be back. Make sure your customer is satisfied with their meal.“

“We came here for breakfast, and Donna was our server. We were seated immediately. Donna was incredible- very friendly, informative, and welcoming. I got a build-your-own omelette with spinach, bacon, and cheddar cheese. I got my order 10 minutes after placing it, which was pretty good. The omelette was delicious. I think it could have used a little more filling (bacon and cheese) but it tasted great anyway. The hash browns were perfectly cooked. I did not get any pancakes or items that warranted syrup, but I liked that they had different syrup options because the IHOP close to us at home does not. Overall, we had a really nice time here and I would definitely recommend this location!“

“We eat here at least once a month and are always impressed, but this time we had Yasmine as our server. She went so far above and beyond, we will be hoping she is there everytime we come.

Everything came out fast even though the restaurant was absolutely slammed for Sunday brunch. She anticipated every need and even made my burger better (shout out avocado on the burger and one of each sauce).

“Unusual experience today at first watch. Greeter appeared to be a disinterested customer, approached me and asked “how many” while paying more attention to his phone than to my answer. Wasn’t dressed in the normal uniform and while I answered him I still assumed he was joking around since none of the workers were present. I’m sure my breakfast will be great as usual but someone needs to train him that he is the first impression a customer is going to get and my interaction with him wasn’t great“

“The battle of the two biscuit restaurants that got their start in North Carolina. Bojangles and Biscuitville. Most have more knowledge of Bojangles since it’s a regional chain here in the south. However, Biscuitville is hands down the winner of the two in North Carolina. When I think of home, the freshly made biscuits continuously throughout the day is the best way to enjoy a North Carolina breakfast. You can’t go wrong with any biscuit options they offer.“

“had a great experience at this IHOP, and it was entirely thanks to our waitress, Sonia. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. She checked in at all the right times, made sure everything was correct, and never made us feel rushed. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. “Great place for brunch in cary. It is usually very busy and there is a waiting line on weekends since they don't take reservations. They only serve breakfast and lunch and have a variety of healthy choices. I had a cali eggs Benedict which was tasty.

They have group service by the waitstaff and it is spotty. One minute after I told the waitress my wife was gluten free , she asked what kind of bread she wanted. The thing is they have gluten free bread, but she wasn't really listening to us. Nice place with room for improvement.“
