“We went to Flying Biscuit for the first time today. The food was Great and our server (Janna) was Amazing! She was very attentive (but not overly..thank goodness)- we never had to ask for refills, or anything for that matter. We will definitely return.“

“X the first time I went I was seated right away the food was good and hot prices were good too. But one Sunday I tried to run in and grab a quick breakfast to go and the line was outside. So if you try this place don't go on Sunday Morning if you are in a rush.“

“Ate there before leaving for home to Knoxville, TN. Being vegetarians, we only had one choice, but it was the best egg sandwich we’ve ever had! My meat eating daughter and grandchildren loved their sandwiches as well. Sure wish there was a food truck in Knoxville like this!“

“Brandy the cook is the B.O.M.B. I specifically ask for her to make my tbone! She is an all around amazing cook! My food is always so on point! And the sweetie at the window with the glasses and braids! Both of them make me come back to this location!“

“The best customer service I’ve ever had! 😍 The waiter’s name was Lakisha, I hope I’m spelling it right. She made sure that our order was served properly, even though the machine kicked it out. The manager apologized as well and made sure we was good“
