“I use this DD all the time with mobile orders and in store orders. The staff there is kind and helpful. There have been times where random things are out, like the other day when they didn't have any medium or large cups so they had to give us our large drinks in two small cups, which didn't work well in my Prius haha. I have had some mix-ups on my orders but they're always nice about fixing them. It seems like they get overwhelmed with orders or something sometimes which is my reason for the lower service score, not because the people who do the service are actually not good. It just seems like sometimes the behind the scenes organization is a little disorganized. But they're still my go to because I like them more than the other location and they're closer to my house!“
