Found this place by accident and I’m so happy I did! Being from Maine I’m a LONG way from home but as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted like I had been coming in for years. It was such a welcoming experience, I have been in several times since! I grew up going to coffee shops back home and that feeling is so hard to find. This was our first time eating at Eggs Up in Holly Springs. We ordered online. When I picked up my order the host greeted me pleasantly and was able to get my order to me in less than a minute. We ordered the shrimp and grits omelet with home fries. Everything was cooked well and tasted good. Next time I'll order this omelet with the grits instead of home fries. No particular reason other than I love grits.
