Went for the first time on Saturday March 6. I got a beef taco and my kids got the same. I also ordered a side of rice. The food took about 8 minutes to make. We opened up our taco and it looked delicious. There was a little lime in all our taco meals. The taste was amazing! The tortilla was authentic and delicious as well!
The rice was the best I ever had!

Everyone at this truck is extremely nice. They always remember my specific order and I haven't hat a bad taco yet. I'm a vegetarian and get the veggie taco and it's delicious.

Paco's Tacos & Catering is a food truck located at a shopping center, known for its delicious and affordable tacos. The green sauce remains a popular choice for its spicy flavor, and the food is highly praised for having the best cooked meat. Vegetarians can enjoy their veggie tacos, though the veggie torta is less popular. The chicken tortas are a customer favorite, and the service is generally friendly and welcoming. Customers have noted the effort of the owner, Paco, to ensure satisfaction, even remaking orders if there is a mistake. However, there have been some concerns regarding wait times during busy hours. It is advisable to be cautious when exiting the shopping center due to heavy traffic during lunch and rush hour. Overall, Paco's Tacos & Catering is the go-to spot for great tacos if one has a few dollars to spend.
