Mr. A's Beignets was the desert at a wedding my wife and I attended, and I would highly recommend these beignets to anyone in the area.The beignets were cooked fast and fresh for the ~100 guests, so despite a long line at the truck, it was barely a wait. We are so honored to have tried Mr. A's on a road trip to Apex. It made my MS and NOLA-raised dad so happy to get some authentic beignets! We got the bites to eat on the road and they were warm, pillowy with a nice chew and truly mouthwatering. We're bringing the kids on a trip just so they can taste them too! Amazing customer service too, no notes!
