I had the Vanilla Lavender Latte, which I am pretty sure is the BEST latte I’ve ever had. Again, just sweet enough, without overpowering the lavender/vanilla flavor. Such a happy little cafe! “Mr. A's Beignets was the desert at a wedding my wife and I attended, and I would highly recommend these beignets to anyone in the area.The beignets were cooked fast and fresh for the ~100 guests, so despite a long line at the truck, it was barely a wait. The beignets themselves were absolutely delicious. They were perfectly cooked and had a great amount of powdered sugar to top them, the perfect amount.Once the wedding was over, and Mr. A was closing down his truck, we went over to talk with him. While talking with us, he made a special to go box for us to take home to our 3 year old daughter. He made finger-beignets. Mr. A told us EXACTLY what to do to reheat them this morning, and he was absolutely correct in how to do it. My daughter loved having them for breakfast!Thank you again Mr. A! Though I could not see her smile because of the mask, I sure could feel it. It’s far too easy to complain about poor customer service but exceptional customer service too often goes without attention. I did not want this opportunity to acknowledge this young lady and her wonderful attitude to be missed. This type of service in addition to the quality coffee is why I will go out of my way and travel a bit further for coffee in Apex passing that big chain store along the way.“

“This location is sometimes a bit slow but they are so friendly! This time someone came to my car to place my order so maybe they were having some technical difficulties inside? I'm not really sure but the line moved quickly after that and my iced latte was delicious. I recommend the bacon Gouda egg sandwich and the iced cinnamon dolce latte.“
