The staff is always phenomenal. Fast, friendly and courteous. I've never had a bad experience and I come here often. However, I've noticed that as I walk through the front doors, it's like walking through the gates of hell. It's unbelievably hot. You can tell the staff are uncomfortable as they are sweating. Someone in the office above needs to do something to accommodate the staff. Treat them like crap, you lose them.
Literally got the best Frappuccino I’ve had- that says a lot since I pretty much only get Frappuccino’s since I don’t like coffee. So much syrup but not too much! Perfectly blended ice with whip cream. It was even marbled which they rarely do.

I have been going here for Years and find the staff (Ryan) and others to be extremely friendly. The other reason I go there is that it is the only Starbucks that always makes the Coffee drink consistently as it should be.
