I am so happy we have a PotBelly here in Apex! I am a huge fan! The shop is clean, sandwiches and shakes are delicious, and they have the most friendly team!
First, the sandwiches were very good. Four of us ordered different sandwiches and each of us appreciated the wide selection AND that they were toasted. The small shop appeared clean which I liked. Unfortunately, the noise level was more than my hearing aids could parse. But that only means that it'll be take-out for me in the future :)
My husband and I really love Potbelly. The food is always great and the service is excellent! My husband has dairy and egg allergies, and they always accommodate him. And the service is so wonderful, that they will even get clean knives out as soon as they see us coming in the door. Angela has always been particularly wonderful - she is very nice, professional, and notifies new staff of my husband's allergy. I can't recommend them enough.
