Mobile ordering is no faster than waiting in the long and slow moving line. Decided to go inside instead but parking was a nightmare. Staff super friendly but they really have to fix the slow drive thru situation! I will avoid this location in the future.
I placed a mobile order, paid for it. Left and selected "on my way".. When I selected "I've arrived, I proceeded to mobile carryout area to wait for my order to be brought out. After waiting ten minutes, I go to counter to inquire about my order. The Team Leader asks for the order number multiple times and says he can't find it. He shrugs his shoulders and says, "we can cancel it, since I can't find it". It was only AFTER I tell him I don't want it cancelled; I just want the food...read full review
