“One word: WOW. My hubby and I are from NY, have been here for about 5 years and have found very very few pizzas or wings that meet our NY standards (we're originally from Buffalo so of COURSE we've got expectations!). This place is a nice small sit-down restaurant with a full Italian menu. Pictured is the stuffed crust pizza (superb! Def not what we expected but better) and I also had a grilled chicken salad that was HUGE & well worth the $10. With the way prices have been versus the quality/quantity of product lately, I was pleasantly surprised. The marinara sauce was honestly the best I've had in a while. We'll for sure be back, there's a lot more from the menu I want to try.“
“Service and atmosphere was good! Nice vibe to it. Wish they had music playing at least. It was very quiet. I was expecting better food but wasn’t horrible. Not sure if I would visit again. Maybe if I’m in a rush. Their bar is great though with TVs for sports!“
“Really appreciate the wonderful manager at the Knightdale Little Caesars. On St Patricks Day evening they were extremely busy yet understaffed. The lady managers kind and positive mood surprised me and impressed me. Typically in the same situation I’ve seen managers and staff be the complete opposite. The staff member that was there was also friendly and positive. Good job y’all! Such great customer service is not something always seen, especially during such a hard shift!!!“
“We went for valentine's dinner and had a great experience. The portions were great. The ambience was warm and quiet. The service was very attentive and responsive. We loved our waitress. The decorations matched the setting. The food was great and dessert even better. My one gripe was that it seemed a tad expensive, all things considered, but definitely an enjoyable night.“
“I’d tell anyone to stop reading reviews and just go. Calamari was great, seafood boil was outstanding. The granchio sauce is a mix of garlic butter, Cajun, and a bit of lemon pepper. It’s all the things and really tasty. The price is completely reasonable. Our server (Nikki I think?) obviously enjoys what she does. It’s rare these days to have a personable server that isn’t just going through the motions. I love supporting small family owned businesses, and this is a really good one. Casual environment, we were in jeans and sweatshirts and didn’t feel out of place.“

Was told 25-30 minutes according to online ordering/chow now.Once ordered new time was 1 hour and 20!!!Don’t trust chow now.Restaurant was willing to cover the order without me asking. Kudos to them. “Don't judge a book by its cover!! That's all you need to know about Frank's. We were in Raleigh for the day and looking for some authentic NY style pizza. I found an article online that talked about how great Frank's is and we decided to give it a shot. Upon arrival, we realized we were in what appeared to be a sketchy part of town. Trash everywhere in the plaza parking lot and some shady looking characters hanging around. We came very, very close to leaving due to this first impression, but I'm SO glad we didn't. Once we were inside of the restaurant, the uneasy feeling we had in the parking lot disappeared entirely. The atmosphere was cozy and warm, staff was attentive, and food was off the charts!! Everything we ordered tasted like it was made from scratch and the prices were very reasonable. I hate that Frank's is likely losing customers due to factors beyond their control, like their location and the shady characters in the area. They really do rank among the best pizza joints I have ever eaten at. If you're in the area, please give them a try. It's worth it!“
“We had the supreme pizza and the Italian White last night for dinner. It was amazing!!!! The veggies on the supreme pizza were so fresh!! The crust is impeccable. Just enough garlic on the white pizza and the taste....Yummo!!! Will definitely be adding this pizza as a new fav! Prices are comparable to other pizza places. I definitely recommend!“
“Ordered a couple pies, chicken wings, and knots for the family. The wings were nice and spicy but still had flavor which was on point. I'd eat here over a Dominos or Papa John's or any of those other chains any day. Never been disappointed with the food or the customer service. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!!Update: great customer service this evening! Picked up pizza and wings, got home to find my wings EXTREMELY small. I do not usually call and complain, but felt as though they were just way too small. Asked if I could bring them back and have them remade. The lady told me to keep them, and she would make me a fresh batch and that the wings that they had received were smaller than usual. She stated they were supposed to give me a few extra. I went back, and they had made me a whole new order with much larger wings. Thank you for the great customer service! And I will be back again...of course!-Will“
