“Rudinos Knightdale was nice for a first time visit during dinner one evening. Lunch time isn’t bad just a few things regarding food quality could be better.

Pros:

Cons:
- Salad was not fresh. ( had brown edges )
- Not many side options
- Chicken quality could be better. ( fatty with gristle)
- Hostess was not friendly or welcoming“

“Excellent service at this location!!! The location in Knightdale always makes a great tasting, cheesy pizza whenever I order which is usually once a month for me and my family. I've been using this location for almost 15 years. They have only messed my order once which was 3 months ago. They were so gracious when I called and offered me a replacement pizza; I had forgotten about this offer until yesterday. When I called yesterday to claim my free pizza (I was expecting them to have forgotten) to my surprise, they had put a notation in the computer using my phone number. So, they honored my free pizza and it was perfect!! Shout out to you, Papa John's for a great tasting pizza and great service!“

“Semere, my delivery driver went above and beyond. One item was accidentally left off my original delivery. It really wasn't a big deal, and I had already written it off as a loss. But he took it upon himself to come back and deliver the missing item anyway.

He was kind, professional, and didn't have to do that, but he did. That level of customer service is appreciated more than you know. Thank you Semere for going the extra mile—it did not go unnoticed!“
