Really appreciate the wonderful manager at the Knightdale Little Caesars. On St Patricks Day evening they were extremely busy yet understaffed. The lady managers kind and positive mood surprised me and impressed me. Typically in the same situation I’ve seen managers and staff be the complete opposite. The staff member that was there was also friendly and positive. Good job y’all! Such great customer service is not something always seen, especially during such a hard shift!!!

The issue at this location is the customer service. They really don’t have enough people working and the folks that are working are overworked. They mean well and are doing the best they can. But management needsto hire more help!

I had no choice to press one star, or I wouldn’t been able to make a comment . Horrible experience . The staff is rude . The food is made sloppy . Overall experience TERRIBLE . And management doesn’t care . They need to do better . Great customer service is not a priority. When it should be
