I did a mobile order deal while on the way home, got there and explained that I had not asked for sauce on wings because I was not prompted to from the app and didnt know where the option was. I asked if I could get them tossed still and was denied saying we don't alter mobile order. If the price is the same either way why does it matter? Also it took 40 min to cook a pizza wings and ICB on frid around 430.

Avoid this one. You'd figure making a simple order of a Pepperoni pizza and crazy bread half an hour in advance would result in a pizza being ready for pickup, instead you get to wait in a room full of other customers with an incompetent staff. If I hadn't paid in advance, I'd have left.

Really appreciate the wonderful manager at the Knightdale Little Caesars. On St Patricks Day evening they were extremely busy yet understaffed. The lady managers kind and positive mood surprised me and impressed me. Typically in the same situation I’ve seen managers and staff be the complete opposite. The staff member that was there was also friendly and positive. Good job y’all! Such great customer service is not something always seen, especially during such a hard shift!!!

The issue at this location is the customer service. They really don’t have enough people working and the folks that are working are overworked. They mean well and are doing the best they can. But management needsto hire more help!

Inside waiting area was Filthy. Hopefully, the work area wasn't as Dirty. I noticed their sanitation grade was in the 80's. They need to hire a cleaning person to wipe down the entire front end. Windows, Counters,

I will only be able to award 1 star due to being charged not once but three times for the cheese crazy bread. I used a master card gift card informed the customer service rep message indicated approve. Yet he insisted that it didn’t go through, attempted another time with the master card gift card again approve message yet rep indicated it didn’t go through. As a result, I had to use a different form of payment. I was able to get cheese crazy bread yet was told I had not been charged on the master gift card. Yet when I checked online I had two separate transactions for Little Cesar’s. I went back to the location, the rep who had completed the transaction was there yet informed via another customer rep that the system was down. Told all that were present that they would not be able to order pizza, all systems were down.For the customer rep not to even attempt and address me as a person shows lack of customer service.
