Food was absolutely delicious
Delicious!
My chicken had flavor but it was cold I don't think we're they keep the chicken after it's cooked keeps it warm or hot for that matter 🤔

Based on the reviews, Alpaca Chicken offers great food with delicious meals, a welcoming atmosphere, and friendly staff. The crew works efficiently to get orders out accurately and quickly, and the location is always clean and organized. However, service can be inconsistent. While the in-person service is often amazing, with staff checking in to make sure everything is okay, the restaurant does not answer the phone. Customers have called multiple times to place orders or ask about lost items, but the phone just rings for about five minutes and then hangs up. There is no voicemail box, which is a problem since the website lists phone orders as an option. Additionally, customers are sometimes required to walk up to the pickup window for curbside orders, which contradicts the curbside signs. Despite these issues, the food, vibes, and people are really great, and many recommend the Knightdale location.
