They always mess up my order...everytime...even if I visit months in between. There is literally an empty store. Barely any customers and always out of something.
This is a chicken place that never has. Chicken ready. It doesn’t matter what time of the day you go. Sometimes they don’t have potatoes wedges or fries as well. Definitely needs new management and staff that want to work:
I ordered two big boxes at 615 pm using the app and it said it would be ready 5-15 minutes. The order was two popcorn chicken big boxes, one with mash potatoes, one with Mac and cheese. I did not recieve my food until 7 pm. I was not the only customer in the restaurant that was experiencing awful wait times. There appeared to be 3 people “working”.
