“I absolutely love this place. And when you go in everything is always perfect. The only issue we've ever had is that their phone is apparently always on silent or they're just ignoring it. I've called three times to place an order because I was driving and could not order online and we wanted to pick it up on the way home, each time we ended up just getting regular fast food because they didn't answer the phone. I tried calling today to ask about something that we may have left at the restaurant and every time we do it just rings for about 5 minutes and then hangs up. So now I have to spend the gas to go up there in person, even though we're not 100% sure the missing item is there. The one thing that would really make a big difference in their sales and customer satisfaction would be if they answered the phone or just simply had a voicemail box. They do have a phone number listed and on the website it has the option to order over the phone, but they will not answer.
Other than that, the food, the vibes, and the people are really great.“

“What a great place. First time my two buddies and I had been to this chain. Tiffany at the front counter was very helpful and funny. She made sure we got the most flavor options for the money. We had a little bit of everything. The food was great and the atmosphere reminded us of an old movie. Tiffany should be the manager if she isn't yet. Absolutely made the experience better than the food did.“

“Thank you to the amazing young guys working yesterday! I was in the drive thru and realized I only had a credit card that wasn’t activated yet.🫣 My son was several vehicles up and on a zoom meeting in the drive thru. I said, “that’s my son up there in the big blue truck he will pay for me!” Thanks for being so nice to my crazy self and allowing my son to pay for me!🤣“

“Ok so I’m not sure where all the bad reviews came from.. Maybe I just got lucky. But I stopped at this KFC while driving down 64. The chicken I got was excellent. The breast was extra tender and juicy, it actually kind of made my mouth water. The lady taking orders smiled and told me to have a good day. Maybe they’re improving. Or maybe people in Knightdale just don’t know a decent KFC. Will stop again when passing thru in the future and I’ll update this review if I need to“

“If you want hot, fresh food and huge portions, this is the spot. The flavor is unlike anything else, I've experienced. The kale slaw is so creamy and delicious I can eat it by itself. The Dave's sauce is the perfect finishing touch. The crinkle fries is a hit with or without the cheese sauce. The mac and cheese is above and beyond. Don't skip out on the shakes so so good. The staff provides excellent service every time. Highly recommend!!!!!“

“I love love love love love love this chicken. Their biscuits are to die for because they have just that little bit of sweet honey on the top. I get there after school so several times I've been there they are out of what I like, but I always end up getting something that tastes great“
