“Smithfield BBQ in Henderson, NC is the best! Located right off I-85, we stop here often while traveling to see my son in Charlotte, NC. The food (both BBQ and chicken) is awesome and the people working there are always so friendly. I would highly recommend eating here😊👍“

“This Chick-fil-A was honestly impressive with how fast they were getting cars through the drive-thru. They had everything moving super quickly and it was clear the staff was working hard to keep the line going.

Unfortunately, I think the speed may have caused a few mistakes with our order. We were handed our food almost immediately once the lanes merged, but we were missing 2 kids’ apple juices, straws, sauces, and even the receipt. Then once we got onto the interstate, we realized none of the kids meals had toys either which definitely made the car ride a little less fun for the kids.

I do appreciate how prompt they were, but I wish a little more attention had been given to making sure the order was complete before sending us on our way.“

“I have had prior experiences with terrible cooed food 2 or 3 times; but on August 8th 2026 I was tired & hungry; so I gave it another shot. It was around 5pm, I ordered whole wings. They were the BEST Wings ever. The cooks were on point that day; & the young lady at the cash register should give a seminar on good customer service. Manager you had the right crew that evening.👍“
