Staff was very friendly and informative as it was my first visit so I wasn't sure what to get. The chicken strips were huge, juicy and perfectly cooked. Will be going back.
This location is great! The customer service is great, food is well made and delicious, and the restaurant is very clean.

Dave's Hot Chicken is a restaurant serving spicy hot chicken, chicken strips, sliders, fries, and specialty shakes. The food receives positive remarks for its good taste and large portions. The chicken is spiced the way it should be, noted as being juicy inside and well cooked, though some found the chicken fingers fried a bit too hard. The fries are crispy. The milkshakes are described as fantastic by some, while others found them just ok. A key feature is the ability to customize the spice level for items like the chicken strip and slider, with even the mild level noted as very potent.
The service is consistently highlighted as excellent, helpful, and efficient. Cashiers, particularly one frequently mentioned for excellent customer service, create an enjoyable experience with a heartwarming smile and pleasant mannerism, making the process of placing an order enjoyable. The service is described as clean and efficient. The restaurant is located a stone's throw from another chicken establishment across the street. A minor note is that the payment process, specifically the selection for tipping, can be a bit tricky and warrants double-checking. Overall, the place comes recommended and does not disappoint.
