Shout out to Bennett at the store tonight! Was having problems with a online catering order for tomorrow. He was so helpful, professional and nice. He helped me with the order...got it all taken care. JJ's have great catering options for groups and are always a fan favorite! It was great to have someone like Bennett to help me...when the website didn't want to play nice! Thank you to this JJ's location!
They were very busy and the crew was understaffed but I saw a Manger Tyneshia went out her way to assist with her staff and got the orders out quickly as possible with no negative feedback from customers. Kudos to Tyneshia and Isaiah.

I have been a frequent customer at the Wake forest rd location in Raleigh for several years and over the past year I have noticed a gradual decline in customer service and the quality and preparation of the subs has taken a dive. It's pretty much a hit or miss on wether you will get a fresh and tasty sub these days.
