“I have been wanting to come here for a while. I made the trip in from Charlotte for a Wegmans run. I had a ham and cheese on rye. It was incredible. I bought some mac and cheese to take home for my kids. I haven't tried that yet. Amazing sandwiches.“

“My husband looking for a new sub shop, brought the Italian sammie home today. OMG. It was delish! You could actually taste the Mortadella, and the sesame bread was fresh, chewy and tasty. One of the best hoagies we’ve ever had and we are from Chicago. We’ll be back soon.“

“I stopped in for lunch and immediately noticed the difference the new owners have made! I haven't been in here in a while due to less than desirable experiences but it was close by. It now looks fresh, new and clean! And my lunch was prepared just as I wanted and so tasty! If it has been awhile for you, I'd say try it again...these new owners care about their business and their customers!“

“Cafe Carolina has consistently been a favorite for me and my fiancé. We love coming here, and when Covid hit, we made a point of it to keep visiting to help them avoid the same fate of countless other restaurants. Honestly though, it's been a tough year and we haven't been able to visit since they got their new location, but boy is it beautiful! It might not have the same charm as their old building, but it is a wonderful spot (and the parking situation is a bit better in my opinion). On that same note, it's been a year since we visited and they still remembered us! It's not often (if ever) you find a place with quality food and service, let alone someplace that's going to remember you A YEAR LATER without visiting. As long as Cafe Carolina's doors are open, we'll be coming!
And for those of you who live in the Berkshire complex, you are SO LUCKY“

“I placed an online order with your Business May 25th. I ordered four subs, I always order the rosemary parmesan. I have multiple kids to feed before bedtime. I got home and opened my order, only to find out that it was incorrect. I called your store at least 7 times I did not get an answer. There were multiple people behind the counter. You guys didn't appear to be super busy when I picked up my order. There were two customers and a decent amount of people behind the counter. I had to leave my home, due to calling the store several times with no success. I spoke with Hunter. He told me they weren't able to get in touch with me to let me know they ran out of the rosemary bread, he's sorry, and there's nothing they can do about it. I asked if they called me to inform me. He told me they couldn't due to being super busy. They had to make subs, there were customers in store they had to assist, and someone on the register, therefore no one was available to call me. So they just made it with white bread. So what I'm gathering is I placed and paid for a specific order, your employees were too busy to call me to inform me that you didn't have what I ordered, decided to make what you wanted, they didn't bother to inform me upon pick up, and then tell me when I DRIVE back up there after numerous phone call attempts that you can't do anything about it... pretty much I'm not a customer that matters? After I pay for what I want, I get what you give me with no other options? His attitude about the situation was terrible. I'm very thankful you all are still operating through this pandemic, but customer service still matters. This is the first BAD experience that I've had with this store. Good subs, poor customer service from the manager on duty at the time.“

“I live in NY. I needed bagels, OJ, etc. delivered to a family friends house in Raleigh. Even though Lucille’s technically doesn’t deliver, the owner took my call, got to the bagel store earlier than usual to assemble my order and delivered it herself. Awesome person, great business and my friends said the bagels were of NY quality-delicious! :) Thank you!“
“It's a Subway .. so the food and atmosphere are much like every other Subway. What sets this location apart from all the other Subways are the girls behind the counter ! Fast and friendly! Outstanding service every time I'm here ! Keep up the good work ladies ? you ALL deserve raises !!“

“Love both their hot and cold subs and the fact that you can get fries and/or potatoes chips ??. The Chicken salad is a personal favorite, but you can't go wrong with their Philly steak and cheese. The staff have always been super friendly and down to earth, which is nice :). It can get a little loud depending on the time of day, since you're right by main campus.
Parking: They have a garage you can park in, which is free for customers. Street parking can be a bit of a nightmare.“

“Compliments to the person manning the stall today. Paid a lot of attention to ensuring the bread was well toasted and cleanliness of the place. From the food, to the restaurant to the washroom even.
Unfortunately I do not know the name of the person manning the place. But this was worth calling out.“

“This Subway has been here since I was a little kid in the 90s. I remember coming here sometimes after preschool with my mom and sister, eating a small sized ham and cheese sub while drenching down some cool pink lemonade. Let's not forget the happy meal toys. I still have my basketball frisbee I got here from around 1998. Good Times.“

“We were passing through just about 1 hour before closing and had 7 of us, (including a 1 and 3 year old)
Three in our party are “celiacs” so can always be a little tough for us and the staff.
But……Wow, what a great job! Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable about gluten free and safety. They took orders, changed gloves, interacted with the kids and reassured us all would be safe for the GF crew. Super pleased with all aspects of the visit“

“The food and service was great! I even had a nice side bar conversation with the employee, in which he initiated. My only complaint are the random people hanging around outside, seemingly doing nothing. It made me hesitant about approaching my car. One individual actually came into the store while I was ordering and asked if I could order him a steak and cheese footlong on white! The employee preparing my food, compensated for the trouble by giving me a free macadamia nut cookie. In spite of the bad company I experienced, I’ll still support this business. You can’t beat good food and conversation.“

“The subs I received here for my family were amazing! If I could give 6 stars I would. Please let the team here know they’re doing an amazing job. I came at 3:30 on Tuesday, May 6th and the subs looked so delicious as they were being made. Slicer put plenty of meat. Sprinkler made the subs so juicy and gorgeous looking, and the cashier was accurate and friendly. The owner should call and thank these guys personally or stop in and give this whole crew a firm handshake and thank you for their hard work. Keep it up guys!“

“Despite only receiving a 2 star experience, I believe a few of the other negative reviews here were not deserved.When I went in I walked over to the register, and was eventually approached, I had a mobile order, and said my name was Jacob. Apparently neither of the two employees spoke english, 3 minutes I tried talking to them, and showed them my order, eventually one realized that they had made it, my name "Jacob" on the bag......I do not blame the two ladies, it is wrong for management to know that they don't speak the best english, while I am sure they can manage, it is still an inconveniences and probably makes the job extra hard for them.“

She even surprised us with free cookies, which really made our day. Thank you, Agnar, for making our Subway visit a special one. “Excellent customer service tonight @ 4/4 5:30pm. The two young men working there restored my faith in young workers. They were extremely polite, showed a willingness to answer questions rathwr than reluctance, and even went above and beyond for a young girl with her mother in front of me, telling her that she was going to "shine" someday and just interacting with her as she ordered. This was only my second time ever here but those employees made my experience memorable and were a great example ofcustomer service done right when it is so rare to find. They deserve a raise.“

“I'm still relatively new to the Jersey Mike's experience, but this is my 3rd visit (2nd at this location) and these sandwiches are ALWAYS "the best sandwich I have ever eaten!" Staff is super polite, food is great, I have yet to leave unsatisfied!“
