I hate that some people have had a bad experience. I’ve been to this location about 10 times, most of which were online orders. I’ve never once had an issue. I’m always greeted when I enter and all the employees I’ve encountered have been very nice.
We came in a little close to closing time but service was still great and customer service was even better. Five stars
This review is based on the presentation of my food after ordering pickup online. The sub was overly oily and soggy. The bag it was in was stained and slightly oily. I saw another review where someone said there was cross contamination (handling food and taking payment at the same time), and based on the presentation of my food, I believe it. I couldn’t eat the sub (smh). I was excited to have a Jersey Mike’s closer to the house, but I will go to Knightdale going forward.

Overall, Jersey Mike's Subs is seen as a convenient, friendly place with delicious sandwiches, and many look forward to returning.
