“Great Subway location in Wake Forest with really friendly service. I stopped in around 12:30 PM on a weekday and was greeted almost immediately, which made the experience feel welcoming right away.

There was a small line, but it moved quickly. The ingredients looked fresh, well stocked, and exactly how you’d expect from a good Subway. The team took their time making each sandwich, asking about toppings instead of rushing through the process.

The cashier was polite, thanked me for coming in, and the staff stayed busy even when things slowed down. The dining area, drink station, and even the men’s room were all clean and well maintained.

If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and reliable Subway in Wake Forest, this one in the Gateway Commons shopping center is a great spot to stop for a quick lunch.“

“I placed an order early in the Morning before they opened. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived and that’s ok. They thought it was for a different day. Once they realized they apologized and quickly got my order together and it was perfect. Thank you all for such quick and great service.“

She wasn't the manager, but she was working with the manager today. I love the food, but service is just as important. Food is definitely a 5, but the service she provided was about a 2-3.“
