“Great Subway location in Wake Forest with really friendly service. I stopped in around 12:30 PM on a weekday and was greeted almost immediately, which made the experience feel welcoming right away.

There was a small line, but it moved quickly. The ingredients looked fresh, well stocked, and exactly how you’d expect from a good Subway. The team took their time making each sandwich, asking about toppings instead of rushing through the process.

The cashier was polite, thanked me for coming in, and the staff stayed busy even when things slowed down. The dining area, drink station, and even the men’s room were all clean and well maintained.

If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and reliable Subway in Wake Forest, this one in the Gateway Commons shopping center is a great spot to stop for a quick lunch.“

“Placed a catering order for 24 subs. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the subs were ready on time, and they took the time to label everything and make sure I had all the condiments etc that I needed before I left. The subs were a hit and we will definitely order again! Kudos for not only great food but great service as well.“

“This is my favorite subway and I love the food here. However, the employee who assisted me today appeared a little rude as if she didn't want to be there. She wasn't the manager, but she was working with the manager today. I love the food, but service is just as important. Food is definitely a 5, but the service she provided was about a 2-3.“

“My husband sent me a link and asked me to check out PrimoHoagies. I looked at the link and read reviews. I also looked at photos of the sandwiches. We decided to try Primo tonight AND THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! First of all, when we walked in I told the staff it was my first time there. She said ok, I'll walk you through the menu. She gave the lowdown on the sandwich sizes, the spicy spice blend and gave me a sample of the broccoli Rabe (which SLAPS!). We settled on the Big T, a regular turkey and cheese and Turkey Diablo. The sesame hoagie roll is ALL that too. Recommend you go with that one. The meats are shaved to order. The toppings were plentiful with no bald skimpy spots. They went end to end on the rolls. The Diablo seasonings were really good and the lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles were fresh. All in all a great experience. Even though Lucille’s technically doesn’t deliver, the owner took my call, got to the bagel store earlier than usual to assemble my order and delivered it herself.
