“I come here nearly 4 days a week around noon Monday and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I wish I knew her name, but she is great at customer service and the only reason I keep coming back. She has memorized my order, and I don't even need to say anything when I come in. If I forget something, she reminds me. I can't say enough about her. There's another young lady who usually works with her and she is just as kind and typically knows what I'm looking for. See you Monday!“
“Friendly. I know Covid is over but I just do not like people not wearing a face guard of some type while making my food. Sub's are usually cold. I cannot heat up the lettuce and mayo to burn away bacteria just because you're too lazy to put on a mask. Wear a mask.“
“The service & food is always top notch at this location. Today was above and beyond. The staff showed love and grace to me (a complete stranger) simply out of the kindness of their hearts. We are having to say goodbye to our dog of 13 years today, and I came to get some sandwiches for us and some roast beef for our dog, Jada. The staff sliced her up some roast beef without question, and offered kind words and condolences to me and my daughter. True hospitality is the ability to show love and kindness to a stranger, and that’s exactly what the staff did at this Jersey Mikes. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. “I've never had a bad experience at this location. They're always busy when I go inside. Today, wasn't as busy, but I noticed how professional and polite everyone was. They were all working together for my food as well as making pick up orders. They were happy. It seems like they're a great team and as always, my sub was “
