My family and I eat here often, and today I placed an online order for everyone. My husband has a mayonnaise allergy, and I accidentally forgot to select “no mayo” on his sandwich. I had removed all of the other toppings, so I honestly thought I had also removed the mayo. Once I realized my mistake, I called the store and explained what happened.

The manager (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly kind and understanding. Without any hesitation, he offered to remake my husband’s sandwich with no issues at all. That level of kindness and customer service really stood out to me.

I truly appreciate him and the entire staff for making the situation so easy and stress-free. It’s one of the many reasons we keep coming back. Great food, great people, and outstanding customer service.
