This is the only restaurant we’ve ever been to that we re greeted by name! GREAT service, excellent food! This particular Firehouse is the only one we go to, we have found it to be the best in the entire chain!
The service was friendly, fast, and accurate. The meatball sub was hot and delicious. The bread was fresh.
Good food; clean environment, fast service (during lunch hour). Decent value

Customers appreciate the friendly and courteous service, with quick replacements for mistakes. The manager stands out for being personable. The food is considered good, with vegetarian options like the Firehouse salad and veggie sandwich, and kid-friendly staff with trivia on the TVs. The staff working there are just awesome, and the dining area is always very clean.
