Order was accurate but not particularly well done. Took 15-20 minutes for a dine-in order with only one person ahead of me. Dining room A/C seemed to be turned off or broken, so everything was sticky.
I've been here twice now ever since the Wendy's off of Fayetteville road shut down and now I gotta wonder if those people started working here. I have gotten 2 pretzel bacon pubs since starting to go here and first time they forgot the crispy onions and this time they forgot to even put a pretzel bun on it. Don't become the other wendys.
Drive-through order was missing multiple items. No receipt was given. Tried to call the restaurant. They refuse to answer. The phone will not be returning to this location at all.

Wendy's offers a familiar experience at all locations, but stands out with their Dave's specialty soft drinks like the Orange Creme Soda. The drive-thru staff are kind, with one generous gesture standing out. Despite a missed promotional deal, the food quality and pricing were satisfying, with items like queso fries, a Jr hamburger, and a Jr pumpkin spice frosty being highlights. Despite some missed extras, the overall experience was positive and worth returning for.
