Service and prep is fine. The pizza from this Domino’s has never lived up to Domino’s recipe. Greasy, floppy and breaking a part when pulling the slice from the pie has been my experience everytime at this particular Domino’s.
I had a problem with my pizzas and pepperoni cheesy bread order yesterday 11/15/23 and had tried to call and waited on phone for about 20 minutes that night to explain what had gone wrong to no avail. I tried again today to call this time waiting 35 minutes on the phone till I finally got thru to the manager on duty. He apologized for my bad experience and offered either a credit on my account or to remake the items today. I told him I appreciated it and I'd like them remade and...read full review
