My hot choclate tasted terrible. I asked for Almond Milk but im not sure what they used. However, what made me feel better was how efficient the manager Trav was. I was treated with kindness and understanding. My order was voided without issue or hassle. I will definitely return just because of this resolve!
Second time in. Count me as a fan! I may be doing more lunch time visits as a new ritual. Love the 71 dark, no frills. Black! Best you can get. Lots of other options but I’m a simple soldier. Great staff. Evidently 71 Black orders are a bit rare. Not too common. 😅 One of my new favorite places to go. Thanks all! Excellent! No issues with service or food. I'm sure the workers are awesome. My only reason I wanted to write this review is to note how wildly inaccessible this location is for wheelchair users during rush/high volume traffic times. Drive thru completely blocks accessible parking spaces making drive thru the only option for those needing this spaces. Poor design, Starbucks. Hopefully someone who can do something about this sees this. :(
