Hey McDonalds… fyi ketchup only does not mean ketchup and onions….. it means KETCHUP ONLY. I don’t know why the entire McDonalds corp is trying to jam onions down our thoats but not everyone likes onions and when we ask for something like this we don’t want to dissect our food just to eat it!Dietary restrictions: NO ONIONS!
So the employees threw their holiday party in the play area from 3-6p today. Why during dinner time is a mystery to me. It's 6:39 as I type this and they're still in there cleaning up. I was told it would be done shortly after 6, but now they've closed the entire play area, so now my daughter (and other children who have been waiting for 40 minutes) can't play in it tonight. I have only been to this location 3 times as I’m usually just passing through, but this location has consistently exhibited wonderful customer service! There’s always a cheery voice at the intercom and at both windows. There are two very sweet ladies that have been so professional and kind every time I’ve been there. My order has always been expedient and fresh. I’m not sure who manages this location, but you need to teach some of the Raleigh franchises a thing or two....read full review
