Shaunta was super friendly, opened the window with a really nice smile! The wait wasn’t too long even though they were busy and the food was great
I understand that mistakes happen, especially since I’ve worked in the food industry myself. The first time I ordered, I was missing a corn dog and a chicken quesadilla, and I decided to let it slide because I know how hectic things can get. Unfortunately, I ordered again today and the exact same two items were missing from my order. At that point, it becomes pretty frustrating.

The employees work really hard Every time we come in here it’s chaotic, but it’s cookout so it’s understandable. However, today I went through the drive-through and I see a piece of paper hanging on the wall that said mandatory meeting failure to show up results in immediate termination. It looks like it was written by a child, but I made out every word it said. Could you imagine working hard and you have a piece of paper like that hanging over you?
