Upon entry, store had a strong sour smell. Prep counters were sloppy & a bit disorganized. One of the tall young men preparing treats had no gloves on and was wiping his hands on his clothes and touching his face/nose often in the process. Treats served do not look like advertised pictures (being a former DQ employee, that was ALWAYS stressed). Blizzards were delivered sloppy with drips down side of cup. During our short and yummy time at this location I heard them explain to others, as they had to us, that this location doesn't have a grill. Given the number of requests perhaps the owner should consider expanding.The banana splits did satisfy that particular craving which my wife had.
