I love cookout and this place never gives me problems..but what is up with giving me 4-5 cheese bites?? Today I got like exactly five VERY small pieces. Why are we rationing?? Does it come out of their paycheck or what?? ?

I told the cashier 6 times that I would like to order a Cajun Chicken tray with a double order of onion rings and a large diet coke. I have been ordering this for years at different Cookout restaurants and never an issue. This girl simply could not figure out how to place my order. I even pointed to it on their menu board. She still couldn't figure it out. Finally, I gave up and left. Bless her heart.

The workers serve the food messy the toppings fall off the burgers buns be shoggy they only give 3 nuggets with tray 4 to 5 cheese bites on tray should be more but that's cookout way smh

Sandwiches are great but when ordering nuggets,I recommend asking for them to be fresh, I was given 4 5pcs of nuggets that look like they sat out for hrs,hard and dark..not fresh...smh, we want fresh food for what we spend$ do

Ordered 2 milkshakes, got really busy, and did not check the receipt or my bank account for 4 days . Paid over 36.00 for 2 milkshakes. I guess the cashier made 20.00 extra that night from me . I wonder how many others she ripped off .
