I don't know why they never get my coffee order right.
Various issues here at this Dunkin. Most of the time they don’t even care to look at your drink order and include what you asked even when all you want is cold foam on top of a menu item. Recently I went and waited for my mobile order and an employee made eye contact with me like 3 times before saying we can’t make your Dunkalatte as we don’t have coffee milk. Good service and excellent donuts and coffee. They were really busy, but got my mobile order out quick and friendly as well.

Dunkin' is a recommended spot with polite and helpful staff. The coffee is so good that it might make you emotional. The crew, especially two young women, work hard to keep up with high demand, serving hot coffee and fresh pastries with a smile. Despite busy Sundays, the team handles everything efficiently, making each customer feel welcome. However, there are some quality issues to address. Some customers noted that the Munchkins and Boston Kreme donuts were not uniform in size, and the Boston Cream donut was smaller than expected. The Bagel Minis and English Muffin remain delicious, and the Maple Bacon Croissant sandwich is awesome, featuring tender bacon and a fresh, flaky croissant. The Sparkd' Energy Drinks have become a popular choice, providing a hydrating and dairy-free boost of energy. Drive-thru service has been efficient, with fresh items ready quickly. Overall, Dunkin' continues to be a favored place, but improvements in consistency are needed.
