Me and my family visited this Applebees in person for the first time today. Lisa was our waitress and she was excellent. She catered to our table and made us feel special like we were the only ones there. She provided us with exceptional and expeditious service. It's a shame when you change a good recipe. My riblets were not riblets. I don't know what cut they were but not riblets. Our first attempt at an appetizer, the chicken was cold. She put it in again but it came out after our entrees. They did comp it. The cut of steak my husband got was tough and gray in color. You need to do a better job in the kitchen with cooking, holding and preparation. I have always enjoyed Applebee's but this time I don't know if I'll be back.
