I came into firehouse subs and I was just having a rough day. I ordered a piping hot New York Steamer and sat down, beginning to enjoy my delicious sandwich. The manager noticed I was really down in the dumps and came over to speak with me and ask me what was wrong. I told him about the puppies I had to get to the ASPCA before the end of the day or they would all be euthanized by PETA, and I was so sad because my car broke down outside the sub shop and there's no way I could make...read full review

This Firehouse location has been fantastic every time I've placed an order. Friendliness of the staff, attention to detail, cleanliness, everything has been great! Highly recommend!

Great selection. Love new items added periodically to the menu. Josh is great. He remembers my name and my order. He recommended a different sub and it was good. I still like the hot roast beef the best.
