“I had a bit of an issue with my online order — I accidentally placed it for the wrong location (Raleigh instead of Cary). When I came in, they explained it was a different store, but instead of just sending me away, Lina went above and beyond to help me.

She called, coordinated everything, and did her best to make sure I could get my order in Cary without wasting time. Thanks to her, I saved about an hour, which I really appreciate.

The place itself was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and the service overall was great — but Lina’s help truly stood out.

Thank you, Lina, for your kindness and effort!“

“I’m so impressed by this team! They did a wonderful job with my catering order and were in touch with me throughout the process. They even called me a week in advance to give me a heads-up that they wouldn’t be able to make a certain sandwich that I had ordered. The employee, RJ, helped me pick out a new sandwich to replace it with which worked out perfectly. My huge order was ready right on time and the sweet employees even helped me carry it out to my car. Above all, food was amazing as always!!!“

“I very rarely leave reviews but the staff is so nice, the store is always clean, and i order online and pick up and my food is always ready on time and made correctly. the older gentleman that usually working weekdays around noon is so nice and i appreciate him and his hard work very much :)“

“Delivery was on time and order was correct. Unfortunately the bread was stale and crunchy. Bread tasted like it came out of the day old bread bin. Unfortunately not up to usual Jimmy John standard. Very disappointing. I wanted to update my review and thank Jeff and his crew for taking care of us and delivering us fresh, delicious sandwiches today. They were definitely up to the Jimmy John's standards I have come to count on! Thank you!“

“The manager was great. I didn’t get his name but I wish I did. He was very friendly and helped me figure the menu and all the options. He also explained the mission of the company. Top level service, working in retail, I would hire him in a heart beat.“

“After going to TF’s a couple doors down and being completely disappointed,
I decided to order a regular sub and save part for my lunch the next day!
I ordered from my app. When I went in the store I asked them to wrap my sub separately and they were happy to do that. Very friendly people behind the counter, super clean store! Great choc chip cookies!!“

“Very good customer service! Quick and fresh options, in a convenient location.“

“Very friendly employee I believe his name was Mike, I’m not sure if i heard him correctly. I ordered online, i walked in the door, my food was ready. He greeted me with a welcoming smile & knew my name.
Made my day brighter.“

“The Staff at this location is Top Notch, EVERYTIME! I only go to the Fuquay location, but this one is my new favorite! My orders are never easy, or normal, but they always make them, PERFECTLY, and with a Smile! Kudos to the GM of this team, you know how to hire!“
