The Staff at this location is Top Notch, EVERYTIME! I only go to the Fuquay location, but this one is my new favorite! My orders are never easy, or normal, but they always make them, PERFECTLY, and with a Smile! Kudos to the GM of this team, you know how to hire!
Love their subs! Very friendly employees, but the Town Center location in Cary is notoriously quite slow. I think they must get a lot of online orders that keep them scrambling, so as a former prep cook in a full service restaurant back in the day, I give them some grace. Just be prepared: the drive-thru often has some long waits at this location.

We love Jersey mikes. However over the last few months not a single order has been right we’ve received and this visit is the same way, our order was wrong. It’s very frustrating and sad about the decline in service.
