The Staff at this location is Top Notch, EVERYTIME! I only go to the Fuquay location, but this one is my new favorite! My orders are never easy, or normal, but they always make them, PERFECTLY, and with a Smile! Kudos to the GM of this team, you know how to hire!
Great subs, excellent staff with great personalities.
The food has been good consistently for me but there seems to be a disconnect with prioritizing orders. Jersey Mike's Subs offers a pleasant dining experience with kind and efficient staff. The restaurant serves a variety of subs, including the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the Big Kahuna chicken sub. The rosemary bread is a standout, and the ambiance is typical of a fast food sandwich place. Although the selection of toppings is small, they are fresh and good, reminiscent of toppings from a Subway restaurant many years ago. The staff, led by the General Manager, provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to ensure a delightful visit, even taking orders late at night. Customers appreciate the affordable prices and special deals, such as the BOGO sub deal, which makes the experience even better. Overall, Jersey Mike's Subs is a good place to enjoy a tasty sub in a friendly setting.
