From the time I walked in the door I was greeted very pleasantly with a welcome to Jersey Mike's and someone will be with you shortly. Within moments the guy came and asked for my order. At check out I thank him for the staff being so pleasant. The lady there said thank you for your patience. My tuna sandwich was made the way I requested and it was delicious. I really thank this team for treating their customers like they matter!!
I came in to grab a sandwich quickly before work, the gentleman who was cutting the bread informed me it would be a long wait for a hot sandwich, I said it would be okay. He recognized that I patiently waited for awhile, offered me a drink, and checked on myself and other patrons waiting. I work in hospitality, so I understood his stress of making sure everyone was okay and knowing that he was aware of the length of time it was taking. Food is always good. Employees are always friendly. Rarely run out of ingredients so you get what you order. Love Jersey Mikes and this one is no exception. Only ding is it's not a great place to eat - seats are hard and it's freezing but we usually get our subs to go so it's not a big deal.
