Paul and Jack Reviews
To start, we loved that we could easily find a parking spot.
Their baked goods are amazing. The employees were lovely as well.
We loved that they have an area for kids inside, stocked with toys and books. This is a really nice, helpful touch for parents, that I can't recollect seeing almost anywhere else.
Wow this place is really great! Food was amazing, pastel de nata just… WOW. Stuff did a great job- Sofia and Yana. Very clean place!
This place is extraordinary. The coffee, the pastries, all excellent. The place is off the beaten path in an industrial part of Raleigh. Don't be put off. Wonderful!

Based on the reviews, Paul and Jack is an absolute gem with stunning pastries that taste as good as they look. The staff are warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly, providing service that makes customers feel like long-lost family. The place is always packed, which tells everything you need to know. The desserts are ridiculously good, with specific highlights including excellent cheesecake with a perfect mixture of raspberry and vanilla, cinnamon rolls that melt in your mouth, and a crème brûlée bombalini that is just a dream. The Napoleon and Crème Brûlée Chese Cale were also outstanding. Coffee is hot and on point. The atmosphere is fun, family friendly, and gives European vibes, reminding customers of slow travel mornings abroad. It is a must try kind of place, perfect for a sweet treat, strong coffee, or hanging out. The only problem is leaving.
